Meeting Minutes
April 2, 2012

The meeting was called to order at 7:03 PM by Chairman of the Board of Selectmen Eric Tenney in the Antrim Town Hall.

Members Present:        Mr. Tenney, Mr. Robertson

Members Absent: Mr. Genest (excused)

Staff present:          Galen Stearns (Town Administrator)

  • Mr. Robertson motioned to approve the minutes of March 19, 2012, Mr. Tenney 2nd, passed 2/0
  • Mr. Robertson motioned to approve the Non-public minutes of March 19, 2012, Mr. Tenney 2nd, passed 2/0
  • Mr. Robertson motioned to approve the minutes of March 27, 2012, Mr. Tenney 2nd, passed 2/0
  • Mr. Robertson motioned to approve the Sealed Non-public minutes of March 27, 2012, Mr. Tenney 2nd, passed 2/0
  • Mr. Stearns presented a donation from Mr. Ben Pratt and Ms. Diane Chauncey of $500.00 for the Civil War Monument.  Mr. Robertson motioned to accept the donation, Mr. Tenney 2nd, passed 2/0
The Board discussed the upcoming meeting concerning the Town Gym and Shea Field and agree to have Mr. Stearns notify all involved that the Board would not be attending and that they needed input from the Parks & Recreation Commission.
  • Mr. Stearns presented a request from the Town Clerk to refund a motor vehicle registration to Karen Scott of $120.00.  Mr. Robertson motioned to refund the registration, Mr. Tenney 2nd, passed 2/0
Mr. Stearns presented a request from Quantum Construction to hold a public information meeting on the Depot Street bridge projects in conjunction with the Town of Bennington.  The Selectmen felt that early May was an acceptable time to hold the meeting.
  • Mr. Robertson motioned to go into Non-public session per RSA 91-A:3 II a, b & c Public employee, Hiring and Reputations, Mr. Tenney 2nd, roll call vote all in favor.
  • The board returned from Non-public at 8:08 PM, Mr. Robertson motioned to seal the minutes of Non-public session, Mr. Tenney 2nd, passed 2/0
  • There being no further business, Mr. Robertson motioned to adjourn, Mr. Tenney 2nd, passed 2/0 at 8:09
